Success Story: Kassanda Children’s Aid’s Educational Breakthrough

Kassanda Children’s Aid had been facing a significant challenge in providing quality education to its orphaned children. The organization was struggling to sustain the costs of educating the children in nearby schools, which were proving to be expensive. With a growing number of children in our care, it was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain the financial burden.

However, in 2019, a remarkable gesture by a Canadian couple changed the course of our children’s lives. The couple, who had been touched by the plight of our orphans, rode bicycles to raise funds to support their education. Their efforts yielded over $40,000 Canadian dollars, which was used to educate 54 orphans for an entire year.

This generous donation provided temporary relief, but we knew that a long-term solution was needed to ensure the children’s educational continuity. That’s when we decided to establish Seed Junior School, a decision that would prove to be a game-changer for our organization.

With Seed Junior School in place, our orphaned children were able to continue their education without interruption. The school provided a safe and nurturing environment, allowing them to grow and develop academically. This achievement marked a significant milestone for Kassanda Children’s Aid, as we were able to provide a sustainable solution to the educational needs of our children.

The establishment of Seed Junior School has been a great achievement for our organization, and we are grateful to the Canadian couple for their kindness and generosity. Their actions not only supported our children in a time of need but also inspired us to find a long-term solution to their educational needs.
